Brad Williams
Owner
Brad Williams entered the tobacco business in 1975 when he and his father, Fred Williams, opened The Tobacco Leaf in Columbus, GA. After working in several locations throughout the Southeast, he reconnected with his dad at F&M Cigars in Phenix City in 2013. Two years later, in 2015, Brad took ownership of F&M Cigars. Brad set about shifting the cigar brands the shop stocked to include not only older, established names but also many of the best boutique brands that were gaining interest as cigar smokers continued to evolve their tastes. Other upgrades Brad is responsible for include updating the smoking lounge next door to the shop, adding a point-of-sale system, and providing other cigar-related accessories to the items available for sale.

Keith Brick
Sales and Operations Manager / CRT
Keith Brick has enjoyed cigars since 1995, transforming a relaxing hobby into a deep passion. Immersed in the cigar industry, he spent years attending events, meeting creators, and sampling new brands—eventually building an inventory that rivaled a retail kiosk. In 2019, Keith joined the F&M Cigars team and graduated from Tobacconist University as a Certified Retail Tobacconist. Today, he handles ordering and shapes the shop’s retail marketing space. Keith continues to sample cigars from around the world, collaborating with Brad to pitch and bring exciting new lines and unique global brands into the lounge’s inventory.

Nelson Hines
Lounge Manager / CRT
He began working at F&M Cigars in 2012 after retiring with Fred Williams. His life is defined by over 22 years of service in the Marine Corps and Navy, with university studies between his tours. College instilled a love of literature, showing him that metaphors probe deep. Later, he learned that premium cigars similarly enhance insight, serving as a catalyst for calming, transformative thought. He often reflects on Herman Melville’s Moby Dick: “…in the soul of man there lies one insular Tahiti, full of peace and joy, but encompassed by the horrors of the half-known life.” Having contemplated this under cigar smoke, he believes a great cigar is like Tahiti. Come to our lounge, buy cigars to escape a half-known life, and sail away.

Kamorris Johnson
He was raised in Phenix City, Alabama, graduated from Central High, earned a B.S. in Radiologic Sciences at UAB, and joined Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Moving to Huntsville launched his cigar journey, sparked by nostalgia for his late grandfather, Mr. Ervin Miles, who used to smoke stogies on the porch listening to the Braves. His first purchase—a 5 Vegas Gold—was the WORST experience (Bic lighter, inhaling, etc.). Refusing to quit, he returned to the lounge two months later for tips and mastered the craft. Moving back to Phenix City, he became an F&M Cigars regular, then a member, and now a part-time employee. He plans to learn the business and lounge operations while serving the Tri-City. Come on down, hang out, and #PSSITA.

Earnest Williams
He is a proud 20-year U.S. Army veteran and retired Health Care Specialist/Combat Medic. His journey into the world of premium tobacco began about 10 years ago while serving his country overseas. It was during a deployment to Kuwait that he discovered the camaraderie and relaxation of smoking cigars, sparking a lifelong interest in the culture. In late 2024, he brought that dedication to the F&M Cigar family, joining the team as a sales associate. He possesses a deep passion for exploring the many aspects of cigar varieties, from construction to flavor profiles, combined with a genuine drive to help others learn more about them. Ultimately, his goal is to leverage this experience to open his own business one day.
