Eligibility: Promotional drawings are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of F&M Cigars and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

How to Enter: Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants may submit their name and contact information via the official website RSVP/registration form. No monetary contribution, purchase, or humidor transaction is required to secure an entry.

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at registration. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 3 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. 

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules. Prizes involving tobacco products, lounge access, or events are subject to physical age verification upon pickup. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are permitted. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. F&M Cigars reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if technical failures, fraud, or administrative errors compromise the integrity of the promotion.
